JBC response to the National Development Plan 2007-2013
The NDP seeks to realise the opportunities offered by strengthening North/South co-operation across wide range of areas including infrastructure provision and spatial planning, science, technology and innovation, trade, tourism and investment, human capital, enterprise promotion, the provision of public services (health and education), environment and social inclusion. For the first time, the Plan contains proposals for significant Irish Government investment in North/South projects.
