JBC response to ACER consultation on the Framework Guidelines on capacity allocation and congestion management
The JBC Energy Stakeholders Group is an all-island forum for debating and representing the views of IBEC and CBI members engaged in the provision and consumption of energy (primarily electricity and gas) on all issues relating to the fostering and development of a sustainable, competitive and cost-effective energy market for Ireland at: all-island; regional; and Community level.
To seek to influence and engage in positive interaction with EU, Governments, Regulators and other relevant third parties, primarily on policy issues.
To refer relevant policy issues of the JBC Energy Stakeholders Group back to the following bodies, where appropriate: The JBC Steering Committee; CBI NI; IBEC Energy Policy Committee; and the IBEC National Executive Council.
